We currently ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparing your order for dispatch.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.

You will receive shipping information once your order has been dispatched, where applicable.

Total Shipping Time

The estimated total delivery time is:

2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = approximately 5–8 business days total.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen delivery disruptions.

Shipping Delays

While we work to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur after an order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the expected 5–8 business day timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
